Hello blog friends, it's "TankaTuesday again and author Colleen Chesebro offers another prompt. She asks that we create a syllabic poem using synonyms for these two words: green and morass. Gwen, what a lovely photo and tanka to go along! I lived in Prescott Valley, AZ for a few years as well in Phoenix... I remember those monsoons well. The last few years there was no rain. I'm hoping you guys fare better than we did. <3

Beautiful poem, Gwen. We sometimes go to Las Vegas for a getaway. There were lightening and thunders on one of our trips. I didn't expect that to happen in the desert.
