The Encounter, a #TankaTuesday response

Hello blog friends! Today author Colleen Chesebro invites us to respond to the theme useful. I've decided to be a bit playful and focus on the lowly washcloth. Here's my take on the theme.

THE ENCOUNTER
Picture
The little guy looks guilty, but I suspect he's not the culprit. Chocolate is. I keep a stash of this special delight in my desk and find plenty of excuses for taking a nibble. And yes, sometimes I've needed a washcloth.  😊
Have a wonderful week!

Reminds me of my kiddos! Always a mess over here, but no regret if chocolate is involved, lol

I can only imagine, Sarah. My kids are adults now, but my goodness, when they were little, their tiny handprints were everywhere. 😊

Cleverly done and funny. "Must now confront the washcloth." 🤣
This could have been me. Sugar, particularly chocolate, is my only vice.

Thank you, Pete. If the market crashes and grocery stores empty, I think I have enough survival dark chocolate for six weeks. 😂

This one made me smile, Gwen :) Chocolate was a food group for me for years. I wish I could still eat it but have fond memories of each piece eaten.
