Hello readers, today I stumbled upon the Sue Vincent Rodeo Classic. This literary rodeo invites participants to write a 99 word story or poem using the image below as a prompt. Sue is an amazing writer and an inspiration to all who know her, and purely because of her, I've jumped in with a poem.

When I gazed upon this beautiful image, I wished I could fly. Wouldn't it be fun? It was that sentiment that prompted my 99-word poem. I've entitled it Deja vu. I hope you enjoy it. 💙

It would be lovely to be able to do that, but your last line really sums it up.

The photo is breathtaking, and the poem, heartbreakingly beautiful. Wonderful, Gwen! (And you're right that Sue is an inspiration in all that she has done over the years and still does today--as are YOU, my friend!) <3
