Hello, blog friends,

Today I'm delighted to welcome author Staci Troilo as she celebrates the release of A Fathomless Affair.

Staci is well known in the writing world. With more than twenty books to her name, she's developed a strong following which includes me. I look forward to reading anything she writes.

Her latest book is number six in the Harbor Pointe series. Though each novella in the series is a standalone, all eight books share three elements:
  1. The story takes place in the fictional town of Harbor Pointe.
  2. The story includes a lighthouse, and
  3. There's mention of the Hawthorne family who helped build the town.

The eight stories take readers through two centuries. Most of the action takes place in and around the Harbor Pointe Inn. Positioned near the rough California's cliffs, the Inn has been a blessing for some, but for others, a curse.

If you're looking for an exciting read, I highly recommend A Fathomless Affair. It will keep you on your toes! And - today is the Release Day!

BLURB:

A narcissistic patriarch. A mystical legend. A fathomless affair.

Most people wouldn’t dread a weekend at the historic Harbor Pointe Inn. Lorelei Audley isn’t most people. The fresh sea air, breathtaking vistas, and gourmet meals can’t buoy her spirits. She’s there to coordinate her father’s latest wedding. The bride is a nightmare, yet somehow, the groom is worse. Lorelei steels herself to suffer through a few days of psychological abuse and abject misery.

She’s unprepared for a paranormal encounter, missing persons case, and police investigation.

Not to mention a budding romance.

A lot can happen in a short time, far more if the supernatural is involved. Lorelei has a small window in which to solve some very big problems—problems as numerous as the sands at the foot of the scenic Harbor Pointe cliffs.

I've enjoyed the first five in the series, and Staci's book got delivered to my Kindle today. Kudos to her and all the other authors for this brilliant idea. Since I live in the northern California coastal area, I think the writers have captured the area well.

Lorelei was a blast to write. Her bad luck---both the humorous bits and the tragic ones---make her one of my favorite characters. Thanks for the kind words, Mae.

Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way. ―Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning
